Our Rates & Reservations

Rates

Our base rate for the Guest House is $250 a night for two people for all dates but Christmas and Thanksgiving which are $275. (Thanksgiving Nov 20 - 30, Christmas Dec. 20 - Jan 10) For each additional guest there is a $25 per person per night charge added to the base rate. Please add 11.416% tax and an out cleaning fee of $125 for 2 and $150 more than 2 people. Deposit is half the total upon booking and there is a $350 security deposit which is refunded after you leave minus any damages.

Minimum Stay

There is a five night minimum for all dates other than Thanksgiving and Christmas dates at which time there is a 7 night minimum. We will accept bookings of less than 5 nights if your dates fit into our caendar. Feel free to ask us if you want less than 5 nights or check our calendar.

Cancellation

Cancellation notice must be received no less than 30 days before check in (60 days before Christmas and Thanksgiving) to receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10% or $200 whichever amount is greater. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival refund minus transaction fee will be issued at the sole discretion of the owner or if your dates can be rebooked prior to your arrival date. If your dates can't be rebooked we'll credit you for a future stay. Some guests like to purchase travel insurance to prevent any unforeseen problems spoiling their vacation. No refunds for early departure.

Reservation Deposit

A reservation deposit totaling one half the cost of your stay is required to insure the reservation. Deposit must be received within one week of verbal or e-mailed confirmation to hold dates if not paid by credit card. Balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

River Estate Vacations owns Cheap Hawaii Tickets a full service Hawaii based travel agency. We will be happy to give you a quote on all or any portion of your travel package. Please let us know if you want a quote for your air and car as well.

Discounts

Discounts may be available for any dates booked within thirty days of arrival date.
